Overview
Twelve days: everything in the ten-day trip — the resorts, guided freeride, ski touring, winter Ushguli, the snowshoe day — with two more days on the snow: a fourth guided freeride day and a third day on skins, set in before the guided farewell morning in Mestia. Nine mountain days in all, and none of them doing two jobs.
Two extra days sound small; on snow they are not. They are the difference between sampling the touring and getting somewhere on it, and between hoping for the deep day and being out when it comes. The price carries the guide, lift passes on lift days, the Kutaisi transfer both ways, our vehicles, and full board in Mestia. Six people, one guide, one car.

Both versions share the twelve-day skeleton. Signature converts three days: cat-skiing on Tetnuldi Alpine, a one-drop heliskiing day in place of one touring day, and a snowmobile day instead of the snowshoes — plus premium guesthouses throughout. The extra freeride and touring days that define this package appear in both versions.

Day 1 · Hatsvali resort
Warm-up day on the Zuruldi ridge: short lifts, forest runs, the guide reads your level.
Day 2 · Tetnuldi resort
The big alpine mountain: long open runs to 3,160 m with views to Ushba and Tetnuldi.
Day 3 · Guided freeride
Off-piste inside the Tetnuldi and Hatsvali zones. The guide picks the lines and watches avalanche safety.
Day 4 · Guided freeride
Off-piste inside the Tetnuldi and Hatsvali zones. The guide picks the lines and watches avalanche safety.
Signature: Cat skiing, Tetnuldi Alpine — A PistenBully 600 provides access to Tetnuldi terrain. The upper-area planning reference is 6–7 runs of 500–600 vertical metres, subject to conditions, not a guaranteed minimum. The vehicle has capacity for up to 13 riders and two guides; package groups and vehicle capacity are different things.

Off-piste inside the Tetnuldi and Hatsvali zones. The guide picks the lines and watches avalanche safety.
Day 6 · Ski touring / splitboard
Transfer to the agreed starting point, then a guided ascent on skins and descent. Route, ascent and turnaround depend on the group and conditions. Personal avalanche equipment is not included and must be brought or rented separately.
Day 7 · Ski touring / splitboard
Transfer to the agreed starting point, then a guided ascent on skins and descent. Route, ascent and turnaround depend on the group and conditions. Personal avalanche equipment is not included and must be brought or rented separately.
Signature: Heliskiing - one drop — One helicopter drop on an untouched face, then a guided descent. The highlight of the trip.
Day 8 · Winter Ushguli
45 km of winter mountain road to the UNESCO towers under snow. Lamaria church, Svan food.
Day 9 · Snowshoeing
Forests, frozen meadows and Svan villages on snowshoes. A gentle day that suits any level.
Signature: Snowmobile day — Snowmobiles into the upper valleys where skis do not reach.
Day 10 · Guided freeride
Off-piste inside the Tetnuldi and Hatsvali zones. The guide picks the lines and watches avalanche safety.
Day 11 · Ski touring / splitboard
Transfer to the agreed starting point, then a guided ascent on skins and descent. Route, ascent and turnaround depend on the group and conditions. Personal avalanche equipment is not included and must be brought or rented separately.
Day 12 · Mestia, guided farewell morning
Svan towers and the museum with the guide before the transfer out.

Good to know
01When does the season run?+
From 20 December to the end of April. Dates inside that window are flexible.
02How big is the group?+
Six people, one guide, one car — the per-person price is built on that. A group larger than six is split by activity, and each sub-group is priced by its own rule.
03Can a solo traveller join?+
Yes — a single traveller can join a departure that is already forming.
04How is this different from the ten-day trip?+
It is the ten-day programme with two more days on the snow — a fourth guided freeride day and a third ski touring day — which brings it to nine mountain days. Nothing is removed to make room.
05What is included, and what is not?+
Included: a local guide, local programme transport, lift passes when used, the Kutaisi group airport transfer, accommodation and breakfast, lunch and dinner on programme days. Personal avalanche equipment is rented separately. International flights, insurance, single-room supplements and extras not named in your chosen programme are excluded. Confirm meal and accommodation arrangements on arrival and departure days in your quote.
